Steve Ralston assists on Brian McBride goals (39’, 43’) as the U.S. advanced to the quarterfinals of the CONCACAF Gold Cup. The Revolution’s Steve Ralston provided three crosses for McBride to finish in a 57-minute span covering two games (the U.S. took a 2-0 win over Martinique on July 14, 2003).
