Former Chelsea center forward Harold Brittan scored two goals as the Fall River Marksmen blanked the Brooklyn Wanderers at the recently-opened Mark’s Stadium.

“Players suffered falls on the ice, but none was injured.” Goals for the first-place Marksmen: Brittan (2), Drummond  (2), Monroe. Brittan totaled 19 goals in 22 games as Fall River finished in third place in the 1922-23 ASL standings.
